Update to PC-Navigo 2024

We see that many users are still working with older versions on board. To be prepared for this year's season, PC-Navigo 2024 cannot be missed. Not only in terms of information, but also in terms of support, it is advisable to update to the 2024 version (as only the version of the current year is supported).

The update is easy to purchase via our webshop and the download link can be found on our website under the download section. When the download is complete, open the save location in Windows Explorer and extract the update by right-clicking on the completed file and choosing to extract here. Then double-click the Setup.exe file and follow steps to complete the installation.

If you experience problems with the installation of the update or are unsure which update to purchase, please feel free to contact our helpdesk. They can assist you with this.

Update June 1st

Since the last patch (from April 1st), we have processed a lot of comments regarding: operating times, VHF channels, etc. These items have been adjusted in the database and are now available in this update.

With this new version we have also added a file that shows clickable icons at locks and bridges. This allows you to request more information (see photo below). This file also displays the name, where available, of the bridge or lock on the charts. This file will be displayed automatically when you download and install the latest version, however the information in this file is Dutch only.

Support

Our support desk employees are still regularly told that they cannot be reached on the old telephone number.
We would like to inform you that this number is no longer available for support.

For support you can reach us by sending an email to info@noordersoft.com. Our support desk staff is available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and they will do their best to answer you as quickly as possible.
If you send an email at or after closing time, you will be the first to receive an answer the next day.

If you prefer direct contact with our support, you can schedule a time via our support planner. Our support desk will then contact you by email at the time that you have chosen as the time slot.

Another option is to purchase a PRO update. PRO version users will receive a different phone number to call for support from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during our business hours (your information will be verified when you call the PRO support desk phone number).
